Rules on replacing and returning goods of satisfactory quality:
Based on Minister of Economy 2001 of 29 June. Order No 217 of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania “On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Items” , quality printed books and other printed products are non-returnable.
All books sold on aceknyga.com are NEW and are stored at optimum temperature, protected from direct sunlight, in top quality warehouses that meet all European Union standards. Every book we send out is externally inspected during the preparation process.
However, a book is not considered to be faulty if it is subject to minor defects caused by transport, packaging or storage, which are often found in books sold in normal bookshops (e.g. slight scratches on the cover or its foil, slight discolouration of the paper on one of the outer edges, etc.).
Please inform us immediately if you receive faulty goods by email info@aceknyga.com, quoting your purchase invoice number and the subject line “faulty goods”. In your letter, please indicate the name of the goods and briefly describe the nature of the defect (e.g. part of the pages of a book are missing). Please follow the instructions on how to return the goods. We pay for the return of faulty goods.
